Through anaerobic fermentation processing, this coffee achieves controllable and consistent results while also conserving water and building upon specialty coffee traditions. Prepare for captivating dry and wet aromas that deliver distinct notes of tropical cacao and decadent chocolates. While the aromatics share the pungent and tangy fruit notes often found in natural processed coffees, they are notably more mellow. These same tropical cacao and chocolate notes take center stage in the cup, beautifully balanced by a creamy body and a vibrant sweet-tart acidity.
