Thank you for choosing QED Coffee. We roast and pack our beans with care to ensure you get the freshest cup possible. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ensure peak freshness. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holidays or special promotions), shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will reach out via email if there is any significant delay with your order.
 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
 • Standard Shipping:  3–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or regional issues.Â
 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your beans leave our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
 4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
QED Coffee  is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
QED Coffee is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.Â
