We’re delighted to recommend this offering from Ethiopia. Gathered from numerous small growers, this lot represents one of many delightful cup profiles Ethiopian coffee is cherished for. A washed process lot that is certainly a great session drinker with any brew method and lends itself to a Chemex or other pour over method. It has a light tea-like body, with abundant floral notes on the palate and in aromatics. Notes of carob, lemon drop candy and berry all balance nicely with good clarity and a clean finish.
