Guatemala Santa Rosa

We’re glad to be able to offer this small lot from Finca Los Conejos in the  Santa Rosa region of Guatemala. Extraordinary care at origin went into the preparation of this coffee. Pursuing trends in anaerobic fermentation at origin yielded great clarity and sweetness. The cup profile centers clean milk chocolate biscuitiness, with a brisk, low intensity, almost navel orange-like acidity that refines and balances the whole cup.

 It really shines in pour over brew methods.
