We’re glad to have this offering from La Virgen Estate in Jinotega, Nicaragua. It’s a great representation of what we think of as an everyday drinker, a session cup profile. The cup profile lends really well to those that like a strong french press or straightforward basket homebrewer. It’s a rustic sweetness and heavier bodied with notes of brownie and walnut, slightly creamy, with hints of dried apricot and a low intensity acidity.
