Axiom Blend

We hope you enjoy this blend as espresso or brew and as the original house blend at our first cafe in Seattle's Mt. Baker neighborhood. The Axiom is our carefully tended blend, slowly changing with the seasons to create a perfectly balanced composition; beginning, middle and end, with highlights, a medium body and base notes of chocolates, caramels and ripe stone fruit. Roast degree is in the lighter range, always with the aim to show the unique attributes of its components with the greatest clarity.
