Colombia Bella Vista Estate

We are pleased to offer this lot from farmer Alma Yulieth at Bella Vista Estate in the Cauca region of Colombia’s Antioquia department. The cup profile is a quintessential balanced session drinker and what I think of as a perfect savory breakfast compliment. It is a washed process, medium bodied coffee, with milk chocolates, caramels, notes of black tea or malty breakfast tea and balanced brightness from low intensity citrus acidity. With great balance, sweetness and a long finish it is great black and as a cream and sugar brew. It would suit any preparation method from pour over to home brewer to espresso and currently a great component in our Median Blend. The roast degree for this as a single origin offering is squarely medium to highlight the sweetness and body while retaining a long clean finish. We hope you enjoy it while it lasts.
