Guatemala Finca Las Camelias

We’re glad to offer for a second season this small lot from Finca Las Camelias in the northwest Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. The cup profile is great for any brew method and is lovely for espresso if you enjoy a lighter roast single origin for that preparation method. The sweetness is notable, almost refined sugars or rock candy. Milk chocolate and ripe plum carry throughout the cup, layered with raisin, brown sugars and a clean finish.
