Honduras San Pedro De Tutule

We are pleased to offer this lot from the small farms from the Montecillos region of Honduras in the vicinity of San Pedro de Tutule. This washed process cup profile will be great for all varieties of brew methods and a great session drinking coffee for those that want a slight influence of roast on the coffee. The roast profile will be solidly medium to promote body and light enough to preserve the liveliness of its low intensity acidity. It has a rustic sweetness and layers of dark chocolate, a pleasing earthy quality of cocoa, brazil nut and pecan, as well a hint of orange or citrus to the background brightness of its acidity. Overall well structured for a completeness of composition and brisk finish. Happy brewing.
