Median Blend

We hope you enjoy this blend as batch brew, espresso, french press or with steamed milk. The Median is carefully chosen to highlight roast degree and coffee attributes in equal measure to create the essential “crowd pleaser” blend. Big body and caramelized sugars are central to the roasting approach, at a resolution that will show the fullest development of the inherent attributes of the coffee just before roastiness begins to obscure clarity or definition. This is the house espresso at our West Seattle Ridgeline neighborhood cafe.
