We are pleased to offer this lot from the cooperative Casa Común comprising approximately 3,000 total members in southern Chiapas. This lot was created from nearly 100 individual small scale coffee farms, harvesting and patio drying meticulously.

The cup profile is that of a balanced washed session drinker. It is light bodied and soft on the palate, a base of sweet milk chocolate carries the whole cup with muted acidity, then think of caramel and cream, sun tea, and vanilla wafer cookie. It’s excellent for any preparation method and a home brewer or french press would suit it very well.  We hope you enjoy it while it lasts.
