Peru Cerro Blanco

We are glad to offer this lot from the Producers Association of Cerro Blanco in the San Martin region of Peru, a growers association representing the small farms of over 200 families.  The cup profile is a balanced washed process, making a great session drinking cup and well suited to any brew method. The tasting notes for this coffee are cocoa and milk chocolate with brisk floral notes, dense body with low intensity acidity. Slight floral quality and hints of dried apricot and stone fruit in general combine with a clean finish. A great dessert coffee or daily drinker. We hope you enjoy this one while it lasts.
