The Decaf

We’re glad to be able to offer this particular decaffeinated lot made from the harvest of small farms in the Risaralda department in Colombia. Decaffeinated via the “EA” or Sugarcane process, it has a unique rustic sweetness that we find to be especially enjoyable among the options for a good decaffeinated cup. Enjoy as brew or espresso. The cup profile centers malty sweetness with notes of molasses and gingersnap cookies and exceptional dry aromatics.
